Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

  • At this time, we ship only to the U.S.A. (Not internationally). This may change in the future.
  • Shipping is a flat $3.00 for ANY SIZE ORDER, no matter how many items you buy!!
  • If you buy an item that says 'free shipping' in the description, you will not be charged shipping on that item. It will be shipped separately from other items in your order. If your order contains items that do not say 'free shipping', those items will still cost $3.00 for shipping. You can add as many different items as you like to your order and you will never be charged more than $3.00 per order!
  • All items ship U.S. First Class Mail (unless the item description says otherwise)
  • Your order will be mailed out the next business day. Orders placed on weekends (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) will go out on Monday, excluding Federal Holidays.

RETURNS

  • We want you to be happy, so you can return an item in new condition, for any reason, up to 30 days after the purchase date. We will refund the item price.
  • You agree to pay for return shipping unless there was a defect or error, then we will reimburse you for shipping fees.
  • Please contact us BEFORE returning anything so we can work out the best solution for you. (Sometimes we issue a refund without requiring a return.)
  • Do not send it until we give you instructions on how to pack the item and ship it for the best rates.
  • PLEASE, Do NOT send your return in a thin envelope with a stamp, it will go through the Post Office letter sorting machines. These machines love to chew up hooks and feathers. You will be responsible for the loss.
  • Get a tracking number and send it to us. This is for your protection and to eliminate disputes.
  • If you do not provide a tracking number and we do not receive the item, we cannot issue a refund.
  • Refunds will be given after the item is received.
