Famous Pike Flies Made Easy!
4 Strips of CROSS CUT 1/8"" Rabbit hide.  (Approx. 8 inches long)
Looking for an easy-to-tie fly, that is also very effective?  The 'Bunny Fly' is the answer.

Here's the basic recipe:

• Get your favorite Bass or Pike hook (Mustad 3366 works well)
  
• Tie on a piece of heavy mono (fishing line) for a weed guard
  
• Tie on a 'ZONKER' (STANDARD) CUT Rabbit Strip for the tail
• (You can also add a few strands of Krystal Flash or similar material)
  
• Then wrap the hook with a CROSS CUT Rabbit Strip for the body.
• Tie off the strip, and the weed guard. Then whip finish
  

That's all! (Add some eyes if you like)

REMEMBER: CROSS CUT Rabbit Strips will NOT work for tails.

These are made from Hareline Dubbin's Premium Grade A Rabbit hides.
The best available! (You can tell by how fluffy they are)

They 'breathe' and move with the slightest currents in the water.
