Return/Exchange Policy

If you don't like what you bought:

You can return, or exchange it, but you must pay all shipping charges involved, and any difference in item prices on exchanges.

Unused items get 100% refund of purchase price.

Used items get 50% refund of purchase price.

If something is defective:

You can return it for a refund, and we will pay you the item price AND return shipping costs.

OR:

You can exchange it, and we will refund RETURN shipping, and pay for REPLACEMENT shipping. If the replacement item costs more, you must pay the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference.

NOTE: We will not issue any refund(s) or exchange(s) until we receive the original item(s). You are responsible for loss or damages on returns.
